This is a surprisingly spacious house in possibly the oldest street in the historic village of Moclín. The property is structurally in good order, and the accommodation is spread out over a series of levels. There is a lovely, private little patio both the large top floor room could easily be converted to create a wonderful roof terrace with amazing views. Original timber beams still exist (concealed beneath plasterboard) and the ceiling heights are all good.
At the moment, the front door opens into one living room with an open fire and from where a door leads into the basic kitchen (plenty of room, though, to create a very good new kitchen). From a small rear hall there are a few stairs that lead up to the main living room and one of the bedrooms. The bathroom is on a lower level from the small rear hall and this certainly needs a refit, but there is plenty of space. From the bathroom, there is access to a spacious storage room with door onto the street and a second door onto the private rear patio. Again, this whole area has potential for reforming to create useful living accommodation.
From the main living room, a staircase leads up to two more bedrooms and a final staircase leads up the beamed top floor. This lovely area could either be converted to create more accommodation or opened up to form a wonderful roof terrace.
This is an exciting and interesting little project and there is a huge amount of potential to create a really pretty, characterful house with not too much internal reconstruction.
