HOW IT WORKS

We have three fee options:

OPTION 1

Upfront fee of €500 (+ IVA) and a commission of 3% (+ IVA) of the sale price in the event of a successful sale to a purchaser introduced by us. We offset the initial €500 fee against the final commission payment. This option covers initial PR, paid social and listing on the following property portals:

option 2

For properties marketed at a value of €100,000 or less. No upfront fee, but a commission of 5% (+ IVA) of the sale price is payable on the successful sale of your property to a purchaser introduced by us. With this option, there is no guarantee of a listing in the above portals.

For properties marketed at a value greater than €100,000. No upfront fee, but a commission of 3% (+ IVA) of the sale price is payable on the successful sale of your property to a purchaser introduced by us. With this option, there is no guarantee of a listing in the above portals.
